One of the newer, and most popular, features of online patient portals is the ability to login and access health information. In this article, we'll show you how to set up your Waterford Lakes Family Practice patient portal account, and how to access it once you have registered.
How to login to the Waterford Lakes Family Practice Patient Portal
If you have not already done so, please follow the instructions below to create a login for your account. Once you have created your login, use the link below to log in to the Patient Portal.
1. Click on "Login" in the header of the homepage.
2. Type in your email address and password (or click on "Forgot Your Password?" if you need help remembering your password).
3. Click on "Log In." If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your email address and new password into the form provided. You will then be redirected to a page where you can reset your password. If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, it is likely that your spam filter has blocked it. How to find your health information
If you are new to the Waterford Lakes Family Practice Patient Portal, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in using your patient ID and password. To create a new password, click on "My Account" in the upper right corner of the Patient Portal homepage and enter your desired password in the "New Password" text box. 2. Once you have logged in, click on "My Health Data" on the left side of the Patient Portal homepage. This will display all of your health data, including your medical records and medications.
3. Click on "My Medical Records" to view your medical records in detail. You can also search for specific information by entering a phrase in the "Search Terms" field at the top of the page. You can also print or download your medical record(s).

How to update your health information
If you have an account with the Waterford Lakes Family Practice Patient Portal, you can update your health information and contact information without having to visit their office. To update your information, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Patient Portal using your patient number and password.
2. Click on My Account in the top navigation bar.
3. In the My Account section, click on Update Information.
4. Enter your updated health information into the fields provided, and click on Update Profile.
5. Click on the Contact Info link next to your name to update your contact information.
6. Click on the Save Profile button when you are finished updating your information.
