What is University Housing Portal?
University Housing Portal is a website that allows students to manage their housing account, view their account information, and pay rent. It is also possible to apply for housing, view available housing, and make changes to your account information.
To access University Housing Portal, log in using your NetID and password. If you do not have a NetID or password, contact the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.
University Housing Portal is divided into three sections: My Housing Account, View My Account, and Rent Payments. In My Housing Account, students can view their account information, including their room number, board type, semester length, rent amount (in USD), and payment history. It is also possible to apply for housing and make changes to your account information.
View My Account allows students to see which rooms are available on campus and whether those rooms are available for the semester they are looking for. It is also possible to filter the results by room type (single room or suite), board type (residential college or university), or semester length (1-6 weeks or entire academic year). Rent payments can be made directly from this section as well.

How to login to UHP?
To login to UHP, you will need your Username and Password.
Your Username is your NetID ID number, and your Password is the six-digit password that you created when you first registered for UHP.
To login, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Login link in the main menu of UHP.
2. Enter your Username and Password into the appropriate fields.
3. Click Login to enter your account.
How to use the UHP?
If you are a first-time user of the UHP, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your UHP account by clicking on the "Log In" button in the top right corner of any page on the UHP. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link in the login form and enter your email address and password. If you have not yet registered for an account, click on the "Register" link and complete the registration form. After you have logged in, you will see a list of all pages on the UHP that you have access to.
2. Click on the "Virtual Tours" tab to view virtual tours of different parts of their campus.
3. Click on the "Campus News" tab to read about recent events and changes on campus.
4. Click on the "Student Services" tab to find information about registering for classes, getting financial aid, finding housing, and more.
5. Click on any article under the "News & Events" or "Campus Life" categories to read more detailed information about that topic
How do I change my password?
If you have forgotten your password, or if you would like to change your password, please follow these instructions:
1. Log in to the University Housing Portal.
2. Click on the "My Account" link located in the top right corner of the home page.
3. In the "My Account" window, select "Password Change."
4. Enter your current password and click on the "Change Password" button.
5. Enter a new password and confirm it by clicking on the "Create Password" button.
6. Click on the "Save Changes" button to finish updating your password.
