How to Login to the Unfccc Submission Portal
To login to the Unfccc submission portal, you will need to have your email address and password. To get your email address, you can visit the Unfccc website and sign in. How to Submit a Comment or Proposal
To submit a comment or proposal to the Unfccc Submission Portal, you will need to login first. The following steps will help you do this:

2. In the left navigation bar, click “My Submissions.”
3. In the My Submissions section, under “Submitted Comments and Proposals,” click on the link for your submission.
4. On the “Comments and Proposals” page for your submission, under “Details,” you will see a box that says “Status: Accepted.” If this box is not checked, then your comment or proposal was not accepted.
