To add or update your personal information on the UDS Student Portal:

3. Once you are logged in, click on My Account on the top right corner of the screen.
4. On My Account, click on Edit Profile to access your personal information.
5. To add or update your contact information: a. Click on Add a Contact at the top of the page.
b. Enter your contact information in the fields provided and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
6. To change your email address or other important personal information: a. Click on Change Email at the top of the page.
b. Enter your new email address in the Email Address field and click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
How to make changes to your student account
Login to your UDS portal using your student ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it.
To make changes to your student account, click on “My Account” in the top left corner of the homepage. On the My Account page, you will see a list of all of your accounts on UDS. To access a specific account, click on its name in the list.
If you only want to make changes to an individual account, select that account from the list and then click on “Edit Profile” in the top right corner of the page. On the Edit Profile page, you will be able to do the following:
- Change your name and email address;
- Change your course selection;
- Change your major or minor;
- Add or remove courses;
- Change your degree plan; and
- Cancel your account.
How to cancel your student account
If you no longer need student services, you can cancel your account by following these steps:
1. Log in to the UDS website at http://uds.edu/.
2. Click My Account on the left side of the screen.
3. On the My Account page, click Cancel My Account.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.
How to change your password
To change your password, sign in to your UDS account and click the “Account Profile” link in the top right corner of the homepage. From there, click on the “Change Password” button. Enter your new password in the “New Password” field and confirm it by clicking the “Update Profile” button.
