How to Login
If you are a Tenison Portal user and have forgotten your login information, we have provided a guide below to help you retrieve your login information.
First, click on the Login link on the top menu of the Tenison Portal home page.
Second, enter your username (which is typically your email address) and password into the appropriate fields.

How to Add a New Student
Adding a new student to Tenison Portal is easy. Log in to your account and click the "New Student" link on the left-hand side of the screen. You will be prompted to enter some basic information about the student, such as their name and email address. Once you have entered this information, you will be asked to select a subject area for them to study. Click the "Next" button and you will be taken to a confirmation page where you can confirm that you want to add this student to Tenison Portal. Once you have confirmed this, your new student will be added to the portal and ready to start studying!
How to Access Your Account
If you ever need to login to your Tenison Portal account, here is how you can do it.
1. Log in to your Tenison Portal account by going to www.tenison.com and clicking on the “Login” link at the top of the home page.
2. Enter your user name and password and click on the “Log In” button.
3. You will be taken to the main login page where you can choose which account you want to log into.
4. If you are logging in as a student, faculty, or staff member, enter your NetID and password (if applicable). If you are not a Tenison Portal user, enter your e-mail address and password.
5. After verifying your identity, click on the “Log In” button to log into your account.
How to Pay for Tuition and Fees
If you are looking to pay for your tuition and fees online, Tenison Portal is the perfect resource for you. Tenison Portal allows you to easily pay for your classes, as well as view your current account status and make payment arrangements. To login to Tenison Portal, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to tenisonsuccess.com and click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your username and password in the fields that appear and click on the "Login" button again.
3. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a list of all of your current courses. Click on the course name (for example, "Mathematics") to view more information about that course, including its tuition fee and payment options. If you are unsure which course to choose, please visit their course overview page to get started with finding what you're looking for.
4. To make a payment, select the "Payment" tab from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen and enter your credit card information into the appropriate fields. Please be sure to read their terms and conditions before submitting your payment

How to Change your Password and Security Questions
Login to Tenison Portal with your username and password.
If you have forgotten your Tenison Portal username or password, follow these instructions to change your login information.
1. Log in to Tenison Portal by entering your username and password.
2. Click the “My Account” link in the top navigation bar.
3. Click the “Change Password” link on the My Account page.
4. Enter your current password in the “New Password” field and confirm it in the “Confirm New Password” field.
5. In the “Security Question” field, answer the question “What is 3 plus 2?” with any number you choose.
6. Click the “Update Profile” button to save your new password and security questions.
