This web portal allows parents and guardians access to important school information, including enrollment and attendance, student performance data, and more. How to login
To login to the South Paulding High School Parent Portal, please follow the instructions below. If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address in the "Forgot Password" box and click " Reset Password." You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
About the Parent Portal
The Parent Portal is a new online resource for parents and guardians at South Paulding High School. The portal allows parents to access school information, register for class, view their child's grades and attendance, and more. To login to the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Log in with your South Paulding High School username and password. If you have not yet registered for the Parent Portal, please click here to do so.
2. Once you are logged in, click on the My Students tab on the left-hand side of the page. This will take you to a page where you can view your child's current grades and attendance. You can also edit these items from this page.
3. If you would like to register for classes or request special accommodations for your student, click on the My Registration tab on the left-hand side of the page. You can also view your child's registration status and make changes to your child's registration status here.
4. Finally, if you would like to contact the school or make other requests related to your child's education, click on the Contact Us tab on the left-hand side
How to submit a report
If you would like to submit a report for your child or for an issue that has come up at the school, you can do so through the Parent Portal. The Parent Portal is a web-based system that allows parents and guardians to submit reports, manage their children's records, and more. To login to the Parent Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to: www.southpauldingisd.com/parentportal
2. Enter your User ID and Password in the login form on the home page.
3. Once you have logged in, select "My Reports" from the menu bar on the left side of the page.
Once you have submitted your report, please contact the school’s office of student services to discuss any issue that you have with your child’s education or behavior.
How to add or change a student's information
Adding or changing a student's information on the South Paulding High School Parent Portal is easy. Log in to the portal, click on the students' name in the list on the left, and then click on "Edit Profile." On the "Edit Profile" page, you will see all of your student's information. To add or change a student's information, just enter the new information in the appropriate fields and then click on "Update Profile."
How to contact the School District
If you have any questions or concerns about your child's education, please feel free to reach out to the school district. The following are the ways you can contact the school district:

The school district has a phone line specifically for parents. To reach the parent hotline, dial (770) 973-5000 and press 1.
- Email:
The school district also has an email address specifically for parents. To send an email to the parent hotline, please go to [email protected] and type in "Parent Portal" in the subject line. Your email will be sent to all registered parents of students at South Paulding High School.
- Facebook:
The school district maintains a Facebook page that is dedicated to providing information and updates about South Paulding High School and its students. You can visit the Facebook page by going to facebook.com/southpauldinghighschool and typing "South Paulding High School" in the search bar.
How to unsubscribe from emails
If you would like to unsubscribe from emails sent out by the Parent Portal, you can do so by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the email header.
How to block phone numbers
If you would like to block a number from calling or texting your student, please follow these steps: Log in to the Parent Portal and click on "Phone Numbers." From here, you can select the phone number you would like to block. Select "Block this Number" and confirm your selection.
