How to login to Rch Portal
If you're new to Rch Portal, or just need a refresher on how to login, follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to the home page of Rch Portal and click on the "Login" button in the top left corner.
2. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button.
3. If you are logged in, you will see the "Home Page" tab at the top of the page. If not, please enter your username and password in the "User Name" and "Password" fields respectively, and click on the "Login" button.
4. Once logged in, you will be taken to the main Rch Portal page.
How to create an account
If you are a first-time visitor, we recommend that you create an account to get the most out of Rch Portal. You can create an account by clicking the "Create an Account" button on the top right of any page. After you have created your account, you can login by entering your username and password in the appropriate fields on the login screen.
How to add products to your shopping cart
Adding products to your shopping cart is easy with Rch Portal. Log in to your account and click on the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. Under "My Account," click on the "Shopping Cart" link. You will see a list of your current products. To add a product to your shopping cart, click on the "Add Product" button next to the product you want to add. The "Add Product" screen will appear. On this screen, you will need to enter the following information: -The product name -The product price -The quantity you want (1-10) -The delivery address Enter all of this information into the appropriate fields and click on the "Submit" button. Your new product will be added to your shopping cart and will be available for purchase later on.
How to check the status of your order
If you placed an order and have not received an email confirming your purchase, please check the following:
1. Check your spam folder for an email from us. If you still do not see an email, please contact customer service.
2. Check your spam filter settings to make sure that we are sending emails to your inbox. If you have disabled email notifications from their website, please enable them and check again.
3. Check if your anti-spam software is blocking their emails or if they are being filtered as spam. If you still do not see an email, please contact customer service.
How to track your order

How to view the history of your transactions
The Rch Portal is a nifty online tool that allows you to view the history of your transactions. This can be helpful if you’ve forgotten what you’ve purchased or if you need to dispute an purchase.
To view your history, go to the Rch Portal and log in. Under “My Account,” click on the “Transactions” link. You will be directed to a page that displays a list of all of your transactions.
