If you are a pupil at one of the schools in the North Yorkshire County School District, you will need to login to your Pupil Portal in order to access important school information, including your grades and attendance records. Here is how to do it:
1. Go to https://portal.northyorkschools.com/login/.
2. Type in your school ID number (which is found on your identification card) into the “Login” field and click on the “Login” button.
3. If you have forgotten your school ID number, please contact your school.
How to sign up for Pupil Portal
To sign up for Pupil Portal, first create an account in MySchool. Once you have registered, visit the Pupil Portal home page and click on the ‘Register for Portal’ button.
On the Register for Portal page, you will need to provide your name, email address, and a password. You will also need to agree to the Terms of Use and confirm that you are a pupil at the school where you want to use the portal.
Once you have completed these steps, click on the ‘Register’ button to continue. On the next screen, you will be asked to choose which student services you want to access through Pupil Portal. The available services include: Student Records, Accommodation Booking, Financial Matters, Personal Data Management and Appeals. If you do not wish to use any of the services available through Pupil Portal, simply click on the ‘Skip this Page’ link below the list of services.

How to login to Pupil Portal
If you have forgotten your login details, or if you need to change them, follow these steps:
1. Go to the home page of www.pupilportal.com and enter your login details in the top right-hand corner.
2. If you have an account with them, you will be directed to the 'My Account' page. If you don't have an account, you will need to create one first.
3. On the 'My Account' page, click on the link in the top left-hand corner that says 'Log In'.
4. Enter your new login details in the fields provided and click on the 'Log In' button at the bottom of the page.
5. You will now be taken to the main menu of Pupil Portal where you can start using all of its features.
