How to add a provider
To login to the Prevea Provider Portal, you will need your provider ID and password. To add a new provider, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Prevea Provider Portal.
2. Click on "Provider Management."
3. Select "Add a New Provider."
4. Enter your provider ID and password in the appropriate fields.
5. Click on "Submit."
How to add a patient
To add a patient to the Prevea Provider Portal, first you will need their patient ID number. You can find this number on the back of their ID card or by looking it up online.
Once you have obtained the patient's ID number, you can login to the Prevea Provider Portal using their ID number and password. To log in, click on the "Login" button in the top left corner of the Prevea Provider Portal.
On the "Login" screen, enter your user name and password. The patient's ID number will be automatically entered into the "Patient ID" field. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view all of the information about that patient.

To edit a provider or patient record on the Prevea Provider Portal, you must first login to the Prevea Provider Portal.

You can also edit provider records by clicking on the "Edit" link next to a provider's name. This will open the Edit Provider page. On this page, you can change a provider's name, contact information, and website address. You can also add new providers to the database by clicking on the "Add" link next to a provider's name.

How to delete a provider or patient
If you want to delete a provider or patient from the Prevea Provider Portal, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Go to the Provider Portal home page.
2. On the Provider Portal home page, click on the "Provider Info" link in the top right corner.
3. On the "Provider Info" page, click on the "Patients & Providers" tab.
4. On the "Patients & Providers" tab, select the provider or patient you want to delete from the list of providers and patients.
5. Click on the "Delete" button next to the provider or patient's name.
