The Phoenix Law Portal is designed to make your online experience as seamless as possible, so you can manage your legal documents more efficiently. In this article, we'll show you how to login and use the portal's many features.
Login to your Phoenix Law Portal account
If you do not have an account, create one now.
To login, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://portal.phoenixlaw.com/.
2. In the top right corner, click on your name (at the top of the screen).
3. On the left side of the screen, under "My Account," click on "Login."
4. Enter your username and password (both of which are the same as your Phoenix Law Portal email address).
5. Click on "Log In." If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your email address to get a new password sent to you.
Change your password
If you have forgotten your Phoenix Law Portal login credentials, follow these steps to reset your password:
1. Log in to your Phoenix Law Portal account.
2. Click on the “My Account” tab on the top left of the screen.
3. In the “My Account” section, click on “Change Password”.
4. Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click on “Reset Password”.
5. If you are prompted to confirm your new password, enter it and click on “OK”.
Access your account
First, you'll need to know your account login name. This is the email address that you registered with Phoenix Law Portal.
To log in, go to www.phoenixlawportal.com and enter your login name in the login form on the left side of the page. After you've logged in, you'll see all of your account information on the right side of the screen.
Login to your My Phoenix Law Portal account
To login to your My Phoenix Law Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Log In" button on the upper right-hand corner of the website.
2. Enter your user name and password in the corresponding fields.
3. Click the "Log In" button to confirm your login.

Update your contact information
If you have recently updated your contact information, please login to your portal and update your contact information. If you have not updated your contact information in awhile, please login to your portal and update your contact information.
View and manage your case files
Login to the Phoenix Law Portal:
To login to the Phoenix Law Portal, enter your User Name and Password in the login boxes on the left-hand side of the interface. If you have forgotten your User Name or Password, please contact them at [email protected].
Add or change a lawyer
To add or change a lawyer, go to the "Lawyers" tab at the top of the page and click on the "Add New Lawyer" button. You will be taken to a form where you can enter your name, email address and phone number. Once you have completed this form, click on the "Update Profile" button and your new information will be displayed on the Phoenix Law Portal.

If you are having trouble logging in to your My Phoenix Law Portal account, please follow these instructions.
1. Try clicking on the link in the email we sent you when you created your account. If that doesn't work, try entering your username and password into the login form on their homepage (www.phoenixlawportal.com). If that still doesn't work, please contact them at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help you out.
2. If you are still having trouble logging in, please make sure that you have cookies enabled on your browser and that the "allow cookies" option is selected in the privacy settings of your browser.
