Step 1: Enter your username and password into the login form on the homepage.
Step 2: If you're not automatically logged in, click the "Log In" button on the login form to enter your credentials.

How to login to Pds Portal

How to add or remove a patient
If a patient's information is needed for research or administrative purposes, it may be necessary to remove the patient from PDS. To do this, go to the "Patients" tab and click on the "Remove Patient" link next to the patient's name.
How to change a password
If you have forgotten your password, please follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to your PDS Portal account.
2. Click on “Password” on the left side of the page.
3. Enter your current password in the “New Password” text field and click “Update Password”.
4. Type a new password in the “New Password” text field and click “Update Password”.
5. Click on the “Login” button at the top of the page to return to the main portal page.
How to unsubscribe from Pds Portal
If you are no longer interested in receiving updates from Pds Portal, you can unsubscribe by following these steps:
1. In the main menu, click on "Settings".
2. On the "Settings" page, click on "Newsletter Subscription".
3. On the "Newsletter Subscription" page, make sure that the box next to "Pds Portal" is checked and then click on "Update Settings".
4. Under "Configure your preferences", select the radio button next to "Unsubscribe from all future newsletters" and then click on "Update Settings".
