How to login to the Patient Portal
If you are a patient, you can login to the Patient Portal by following these steps:
1. Go to www.PatientPortal.com
2. Click on the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
3. Enter your username and password (or click the “Forgot Your Password?” link below)
4. Click “Log In” to log in
5. If you have more than one account, select which account you would like to use from the drop-down menu on the login screen
How to find your account number
If you have any questions about logging in to your Patient Portal account, please visit their How to Log In section for instructions. You can also view or change your account information by visiting the My Account tab on the Patient Portal home page.
