How to Login to the Patient Portal
To login to the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Log In" link located in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your username and password in the corresponding fields and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will be redirected to the main page of the Patient Portal.
4. To access any of the sections of the Patient Portal, simply click on the corresponding link from within that section.
How to Access Your Health Records
If you are a patient at the Cleveland Clinic, you can use their Patient Portal to access your health records. The Patient Portal is a secure web-based application that allows you to view your health records and make changes to them. How to Contact Dr Gorman
If you need to contact Dr Gorman, you can do so through her patient portal. Her patient portal is located at www.drgorman.com and can be accessed by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab on the home page. You can also call her at (203) 963-9000 to reach her office during regular business hours.
When you reach her patient portal, you will be prompted to login. You will need your patient ID and password to login. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see all of Dr Gorman's current appointments and medical records.
