How to login to the Northwell Remote Access Portal
If you are an employee with a Northwell ID and password, and have logged into the portal using that ID and password in the past, you can log in to the portal using those same credentials. If you are not an employee with a Northwell ID, or do not have a login password, you can create one by following these steps:
1. Go to the Northwell Remote Access Portal home page.
2. On the left side of the page, click on Login.
3. Enter your Northwell ID (username) and password in the appropriate fields, and click Log In.
4. If you have already logged in to the portal using your Northwell ID and password, your account will be listed under Active Accounts at the top of the page. Otherwise, click on New Account to create a new account.
How to use the Remote Access Portal
Northwell Healthcare has created a remote access portal that allows nurses to work from home. The Remote Access Portal provides a secure, remote workspace for nurses to input data, review patient charts and electronic orders, and communicate with patients and other healthcare professionals.
To access the Remote Access Portal, nurses must first login. To login, nurses will need their Northwell Healthcare username and password. After logging in, the nurses will be prompted to create a new password. The new password should be unique and memorable for each nurse. After creating the password, the nurses can access the Remote Access Portal by clicking on the "Remote Access" link in their Northwell Healthcare user profile.
The Remote Access Portal is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Nurses can login using their Northwell Healthcare username and password or by using their Google account if they have registered for Google Apps for Work.

How to troubleshoot issues with the Northwell Remote Access Portal
If you are having trouble accessing the Northwell Remote Access Portal, there are a few things that you can do to troubleshoot the issue.
First, make sure that you have the correct username and password. The username is located on the top left corner of the page and the password is located in the upper right corner. If you have forgotten your username or password, you can reset them by clicking on the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" link next to the user name or password field.
