1) Click on the "Login" button located at the top right corner of the homepage of your Payment Portal.

How to make a payment
Making a payment with your Payment Portal account is easy. Just follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Payment Portal account.
2. Click on the "Payment Methods" menu item on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the method you want to use to make your payment. If you have multiple payments that you want to make at once, select the "Multiple Payments" button next to the method you want to use.
