To login to My Monash Portal Blackboard, follow these steps:
1. Click the "Login" button on the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your login credentials and click "Log In".
3. If you have forgotten your login credentials, click the "Forgot Your Login Credentials" link on the left side of the login form. This will take you to a form where you can enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the left side of the form and follow the instructions on screen.
How to password protect My Monash Portal Blackboard
If you have created a password for My Monash Portal Blackboard, you can protect your account by entering your password when you next log in. To do this:
1. Open My Monash Portal Blackboard.
2. In the top left corner, click the 'Login' button.
3. In the login form, enter your password and then click the 'Log in' button.
4. If you have created a password, you will be prompted to enter it again. Click the 'Log in' button to continue.
How to add or edit fields on My Monash Portal Blackboard
To add or edit fields on My Monash Portal Blackboard, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to My Monash Portal > Blackboard.
2. Click the Fields tab in the main navigation panel.
3. Click the Add Field button.
4. Enter the required details for your new field, including a name and description.
5. Select the data type(s) that your field will accept. You can select from a range of options, such as text, number, date/time and image.

1. Go to the Courses tab on My Monash Portal Blackboard and click on the blue Edit Course button next to the course you want to edit.
2. On the Course Details page, click on the Add/Edit Content tab.
3. On the Add/Edit Content tab, enter the following information:
- Title: The title of your course.
- Description: A brief description of your course.
- Assignments: The number of assigned tasks and their due dates (you can also specify a due date for an unattended task).
- Subscriptions: If you have created a subscription, provide the user name and password for that subscription in this field. Note that if you are creating a new subscription, you will need to fill in both the user name and password fields.
4. Click on the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page.
