How to login to the Memorial High School Parent Portal
-First, you will need to create an account. To do this, click on the link in the header of the Parent Portal and enter your email address in the form field. Your password will also be sent to this email address.
-Once you have created an account, you can login by clicking on the link in the header of the Parent Portal and entering your username and password in the appropriate fields.

How to access Parent portal resources
Parent portal resources will help you stay connected with your child’s academics and extracurricular activities. The portal can be accessed at www.memorialhs.org/parentportal.html. Here is a guide to navigating the portal:
1. Log in to your parent portal account. If you don’t have an account, click on the “Create Account” link on the top right-hand corner of the home page and follow the instructions. You will need your student ID number and last name to create an account.
2. On the home page of the parent portal, click on “My Academics” in the left-hand column. This will take you to a page where you can see your child’s current grades and report cards.
3. On the “My Academics” page, click on “Extracurricular Activities” in the left-hand column. How to file a complaint
If you have a concern with or complaint about your child's school, you can file a complaint through the Memorial High School Parent Portal. To file a complaint, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Memorial High School Parent Portal using your school username and password.
2. Click on "My Concerns" on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. Find and select the concern you would like to file a complaint about.
4. Click on "Submit Complaint."
5. Answer the questions that are asked about your complaint and attach any necessary documentation (e.g., letters from teachers).
6. Once your complaint is submitted, an administrator will review it and contact you to discuss your concerns.
How to get help with your child’s academics

3. On the Mychild(s) page, under Academics, click on My Schedule. This page will list all of your child’s current class schedules and grades. You can also view this information online or print it out if you need it for school activities or paperwork.
