If you are looking to access the patient portal for your local Ronald McDonald Childrenβs Hospital (Lrmc), then you will need to login first. To do this, follow these simple steps:
1. Go to the Lrmc website and click on the βLoginβ link in the top right-hand corner of the homepage. This will take you to a page where you will be asked for your username and password.
2. Enter your username and password into the appropriate fields on the page, and click on the βLoginβ button. You will now be able to access all of the resources available through the patient portal.
How to login to your Lrmc Patient Portal
If you have not already done so, please complete the following registration form to create an account on their patient portal. Once you have registered and logged in, you will be able to view your account information, as well as manage your health information. In addition, you can sign up for their email notifications to keep updated about new features and updates to the patient portal.

Logging In
If you are a new patient, or have not logged in to your account in a while, follow these steps to login:
1. Enter your Patient ID number found on your hospital identification card.
2. Enter your Last Name (first letters only).
3. Enter your Middle Name (first letters only).
4. Enter your Date of Birth.
5. Click the "Log In" button.
6. You will be prompted for your Password. Type the password in the appropriate field and click "OK." Your account is now Logged In!
Changing Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email address in the form below and we will send you a reset link. You will need to login with this new password to access the patient portal.
Forgotten Your Password?
If you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:
1. Log in to your account at https://lrmc.org/patient-portal/.
2. Click the "Forgotten Your Password?" link on the login screen.
3. Enter your email address and click the "Reset Password" button.
4. Enter your new password and click the "Reset Password" button.
Recovering Your Password
If you have forgotten your login name or password for the Lrmc Patient Portal, follow these simple steps to retrieve them:
1. Log in to the Lrmc Patient Portal using your email address and password.
2. Click on "My Account" at the top of the page.
3. Click on "Forgot Your Password?" in the blue bar below your account information.
4. Enter your email address and click on "Reset Password".
5. Enter your new password and click on "Confirm New Password".
6. Click on "Login" at the top right of the page to return to the main page of the portal.
My Profile
To login to the Lrmc Patient Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Log In" link located in the top right corner of the home page.
2. Enter your user name and password and click on the "Log In" button.
3. You will be redirected to the main patient portal screen.
4. To access your account's settings, click on the "My Profile" link located at the top left corner of the screen.
My Messages
If you are a registered Lrmc patient, you can access your account information and messages through the Patient Portal. To login, follow these steps:
1. Login using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the login page and enter your email address and new password. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Please note that if you have not logged in for two weeks or more, your account may have been deleted. In that case, you will need to contact Patient Services for assistance.
2. Once logged in, you can view all of your messages from the past month or so by clicking on the "Messages" tab at the top of the page. You can also reply to messages or flag them as important so that they will appear at the top of your message list when you next visit the Patient Portal.
3. If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving notifications about new messages, click on the "Notifications" tab and uncheck the box next to "Lrmc Patient Portal." You can also choose to receive notifications only about important changes or updates
My Documents
If you are not already logged in to your Lrmc Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password, and click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you have multiple email addresses associated with your account, select the one you want to use from the list that appears. If you do not have an email address associated with your account, you will need to create one before logging in.
4. You will now be directed to your patient portal login page. Type in your user name and password, and click on the "Login" button.
5. You will now be taken to the main patient portal page. Congratulations! You are now logged in to your Lrmc Patient Portal!
My Orders
If you have a MyLRMC Account and have received an email invitation to create a MyLRMC account, follow these simple steps to login:
1. Click on "My Orders" on the main navigation bar.
2. Click on the "Login" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email address and password in the fields provided, and click on "Login."
4. You will now be taken to the MyLRMC account overview page.
5. To view or change your orders, select "My Orders" from the drop-down menu on the left side of the screen, and then select one or more of your orders from the list on the right side of the screen.
My Reports
If you are a Lrmc patient, you can login to the patient portal to view your health history, medical records and more! Here's how to do it:
Visit the patient portal at www.lrmc.org. Click on "Login" in the top right corner. Enter your username and password. If you have not already created an account, you will be prompted to do so. Review the privacy policy. You can review and change your privacy settings at any time by clicking on "My Profile" under "My Reports." Click on "My Reports" in the top left corner of the page to view your health history, medications, lab results and more!
