How to view your medical history
If you need to view your medical history, you can do so through the Locicero Medical Group Patient Portal. To login, first create an account by clicking on the 'Create Account' link at the top of the page. Once you have created your account, you will be able to access your medical history by clicking on the 'My History' tab on the main menu.
How to update your contact information
If you have changed your name, address, phone number or email address, please login to the Patient Portal and update your information. If you have not changed your contact information in over 6 months, please login to the Patient Portal and check for new messages. How to view your medications
If you are a patient at Locicero Medical Group, you can view your medications by logging in to their patient portal. To log in, please follow these steps:
1) Click on the "Patients" link on the main menu bar.
2) On the resulting page, click on "View My Meds."
3) You will be taken to their medication management system. Here, you can see a list of all of your medications and their corresponding doses. You can also see how many pills or tablets are left in each bottle/container, as well as when your next dose is due.
4) If you need to refill any of your medications, please click on the "Refill" button next to the medication you want to refill. This will take you to their pharmacy's online refill form.
5) Once you have completed the refill form, click on the "Refund" button next to the medication(s) that you want to refund. This will take you to their pharmacy's online refund form.

How to add or change a health insurance policy
When you first sign up for Locicero Medical Group, you will be prompted to create a Patient Portal account. This account allows you to access your health records, update your contact information, and view your insurance policy information. To add or change your health insurance policy, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Patient Portal account.
2. Click on the "My Info" tab at the top of the page.
3. On the "Insurance" page, click on the "Add/Change Coverage" link.
4. Enter your covered health plans information into the appropriate fields, and click on the "Update Coverage" button.
5. If you need to cancel your health insurance policy, click on the "Cancel Coverage" button and follow the instructions provided.
How to change your medical records
If you have ever had to change your medical records, you know it can be a cumbersome and time-consuming process. Thankfully, Locicero Medical Group has made this process as easy as possible by providing a patient portal that allows you to easily update your medical records. Here are the steps to follow if you want to change your medical records through the patient portal:
1. Log into the patient portal. If you have not already registered for the portal, you will need to do so before proceeding.
2. Click on "My Profile." This will take you to your profile page.
3. On your profile page, click on "My Medical Records." This will take you to a page where you can view and edit your medical records.
4. To update your medical record, simply click on the "Update" link next to the record you want to update. You will be asked to provide some basic information about the update, including your new name and date of birth. After filling out this information, click on "Update My Record."
5. Your updated medical record will be submitted for verification and should be available in your account within 24 hours.
