How to login to Laurentian Applicant Portal
If you are new to Laurentian, or if you have forgotten your login information, please follow these steps to log in:
1. Log in to your My Laurentian account. You can find your My Laurentian account information under "My Academics" on the left-hand side of the home page.
2. Click on "Applicant Portal."
3. Enter your user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot your Password?" link at the bottom of the page and enter your email address as well as the answer to a security question to reset your password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to access all of the features of the Applicant Portal.
How to change your user name or password
If you have forgotten your user name or password, follow these steps to change it:
1. Log in to the Laurentian Applicant Portal.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top menu bar.
3. Click on "Change User Name" or "Change Password."
4. Enter your current user name and new password into the appropriate fields and click on "Update."
How to find your user ID
If you have forgotten your user ID, please follow the steps below.
1. Log in to your Laurentian Applicant Portal account by clicking on the "Login" link in the top right corner of the homepage. If you do not have an account, you can create one now by clicking on the "Register" link in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your user ID in the text field located at the top of the login screen and click on the "Login" button.
3. You will be redirected to a screen that shows your current user access level and other information about your account. To regain full access to your account, click on the "Register" link at the bottom of this screen.
4. If you have forgotten your user ID, you can find it by following these steps:a. Click on the "Log Out" link located in the upper right corner of most screens on your Laurentian Applicant Portal account.b. Enter your user ID in the text field located at the top of this login screen and click on the "Log In" button.c. You will be redirected to a screen that shows all of your submitted applications and pending notifications (if any
How to update your personal information
If you have any changes to your personal information, such as a new name or email address, you'll need to update it on the Laurentian Applicant Portal. Follow these steps to login and update your information:
1) Sign in to the Laurentian Applicant Portal.
2) Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the portal.
3) On the "My Account" page, click on "Personal Information".
4) On the "Personal Information" page, you will see all of your current personal information.
5) To update your personal information, click on the blue "Update Personal Information" button next to the information you want to update.
6) Enter your updated information into the appropriate fields and click on "Update Personal Information".

How to find out if you have been accepted or rejected
If you have been accepted to Laurentian, you will receive an email notification from the Admissions Office. If you have been rejected, you will receive an email notification from the Admissions Office with specific information about why your application was rejected. The Admissions Office does not provide detailed feedback on how applicants can improve their applications.
How to contact Laurentian about your application
If you have applied to Laurentian and have not received a response, please follow these steps to contact Laurentian.
1. Log in to the applicant portal by clicking on the link below::

2. Click on "My Applications" on the menu bar at the top of the screen.
3. Select your application from the list of applications displayed on the screen. You will need your application number and applicant ID if you have received them from Laurentian. If not, please enter these values into the fields provided and click on "Update Profile". Note: Your name will not appear on this screen until you have been accepted to Laurentian.
4. Click on "Contact Us" in the lower left corner of the screen. This will take you to a new screen where you can provide your contact information as well as any additional comments or questions you may have about your application process.
