How to login to Hkust Admission Portal
If you are a student or faculty member at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), you may be wondering how to login to the Hkust Admission Portal. Here is a guide on how to do so:
First, sign in to your HKUST account through MyHKUST. You can find this link on the Homepage or by clicking on the blue "Login" button in the top right corner of any page on MyHKUST. Once you have logged in, click on the "Admission Portal" tab at the top of the page. You will now be able to see all of your admission applications and related information.
To access your admission application, click on the "Application Status" link next to your name in the "My HKUST Members" section. This will open up your application in a new window. To make any changes to your application, such as adding additional attachments or changing your submission date, click on the "Edit Application" link next to "Application Status." Finally, click on the "Submit Application" button at the bottom of the window to submit your application online.
How to update your information
If you have changed your name, email address or course information since your last login, you will need to update those details before logging in again. To update your information:
- Click the "My Account" link on the homepage of the Hkust website.
- Enter your login name and password.
- If you have updated your contact information, click the "Update my profile" link under "My Account."
- Select the course(s) you want to update and click "Update."
- Answer any questions asked and click "Log In."
How to cancel your admission application
If you decide that you do not want to pursue your admission application any further, there are a few simple steps you can take to cancel your application.
1. Log in to your Hkust account and click on the “Admissions” tab.
2. On the Admissions page, find the admissions application you wish to cancel and click on its “Cancel Application” button.
3. You will be asked to confirm your decision by clicking on the “Submit” button.
How to view your admission status
If you are an applicant who has already submitted your application online, logging in to your Hkust account is the first step. If you have not yet submitted your application online, please follow the instructions below to view your admission status.
To log in to your Hkust account:
-Click on “Hkust Admission Portal” on the homepage of www.hkust.edu.hk/en/admission/default.asp.
-Enter your username and password and click on “Login”.
-Your login page will appear. On this page, you can view your admission status and change your password if necessary.
How to request a transcript
If you are interested in having a transcript of your HKUST academic records, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your HKUST account at www.hkust.edu.hk/myaccount/.
2. Under “My Account”, click on “Transcripts” on the left-hand side menu.
3. Click on “Request Transcript” on the right-hand side menu.
4. Fill out the form with your full name, ID number, course information and other relevant details. Click “Submit” to generate an online request for a transcript.
