To access the Health Central Physician Portal, please login as follows:
1. Click on the “Login” button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.

How to search for a physician
The Health Central Physician Portal offers a search function for finding a physician. To begin, visit the portal homepage and click on the "Search" button in the header. In the search field, type in the name of your health condition or issue and press enter. A list of results will appear, including doctors who have been recommended by Health Central users and those who are affiliated with Health Central. You can also narrow your search by selecting a category (such as "Internal Medicine") or by clicking on one of the suggested doctors. When you find the doctor you want to see, click on his or her name to go to their profile. From here, you can select a clinic or office that is closest to you, view their qualifications and contact information, or book an appointment.
How to schedule an appointment with a physician

How to view your health record
If you are a registered user of Health Central, you can view your health record by logging in. To login, follow these steps:1. How to report a problem with your health record
If you have problems logging in to your Health Central physician portal, or if you notice any discrepancies with your health record, you can report the problem.
To report a problem:
1. Log in to your Health Central physician portal.
2. Click on the "Report a Problem" link located on the right side of the screen.
3. Enter your contact information and describe the problem you're experiencing.
4. Click on the "Submit Report" button to send your information to Health Central.
How to reimbursement information
If you are an MD or DO, and have subscribed to the Health Central Physician Portal, you will have received an email with a link to activate your account. Once you have logged in, you will see the reimbursement information page. On this page, you will find a list of all the surgeries that you have performed in the past 12 months. Beneath each surgery, you will see a list of patients who received the surgery. You can also see a list of medications that you prescribed during that time period. Lastly, you will see a list of any billers who submitted claims for those surgeries.
