2. Enter your email address and password (if you have one).
3. Click the "Forgot Password?" link to request a new password.
4. If you have not previously created an account, you will be prompted to create one. Enter your desired username and password and click the "Create Account?" button.

Resetting your password
If you forget your password, there are several ways to reset it.
If you have a MyHcde account, go to
https://my.hcde.texas.gov/login and enter your email address and password in the login form. Then click the βForgot Your Password?β link.
If you donβt have a MyHcde account, you can reset your password by calling their customer service center at (800) 639-4357 or clicking the βReset Passwordβ link on the login page.
Once you have reset your password, enter it in the login form on this website.
How long does it take for my password to be changed?
It typically takes their team around 2-3 business days to process a password change request.
Can I reset my password if I'm not happy with the changes made to my account?
If you're not happy with the changes made to your account, there is a way to reset your password. To do this, log in to your account and click on the "Profile" tab. On the Profile page, click on the "My Account" link in the top left corner. On the My Account page, under "Personal Info," click on the "Reset Password" link. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Confirm New Password" button.
