4. In the “My Account” box, click on “Settings” in the top left corner of the screen.
5. Under “Account Choices,” click on “Remove Child From Portal” in the top right corner of the screen.
6. Enter your child’s full name and email address into the appropriate boxes and click on “Remove Child From Portal” to confirm your decision.
