Ge Service Portal is a web-based service that enables you to manage your geospatial data and services. In this tutorial, we will show you how to login and access your Ge Service Portal account.
How to login to Ge Service Portal
If you are a Ge customer and have not yet registered for an account, please do so now. Once you have registered, please follow these steps to login:
1) Click on the “Login” button located at the top right hand corner of the Ge Service Portal home page.
2) Enter your registered email address and password in the fields provided and click on the “Login” button.
3) You will be automatically taken to the login screen for your Ge account. If you are not already logged in, click on “Log In” to enter your account information.
4) If you are already logged in, you will see the following screen:
5) On this screen you can select which account area you would like to view. The available areas are: Account Details, Billing & Payments, Service Requests, and My Account.
6) To view an area of the Ge Service Portal, simply click on its title. For example, if you want to view your Billing & Payments area, click on “Billing & Payments”.

How to change your password
To change your password, sign in to your Ge Service Portal and navigate to "My Account" on the left-hand side. Once there, select "Change Password". Enter your current password and new password in the appropriate fields and click "Update Password". You're all set!
How to sign in to your account
To sign in to your account, use the following steps:
1. Click on the "Ge Service Portal" logo in the header of their website.
2. On the resulting page, enter your email address and password (or create a new account).
3. Click on "Sign In".
4. If you have already logged in to their website using your account, you will be redirected to the main page.
How to register for a new account
To register for a new account, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Ge service portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Click on the "Register a New Account" link.
4. Complete the registration form and click on the "Submit" button.
If you have an existing Ge account, you can log in to your account and register for a new account by following these steps:
1. Log into your Ge service portal account.
2. Click on the "My Account" tab.
3. Click on the "Register a New Account" link.
4. Complete the registration form and click on the "Submit" button.
How to manage your account
If you have forgotten your login credentials, or if you just need to reset them, follow these steps:
1. Click the Login link in the top right corner of the Home page.
2. Enter your username and password into the fields that appear.
3. If you are using a Google account, click Sign In to continue.
4. If you are not using a Google account, click Create an Account to create one.
5. After you have logged in, click your name in the top right corner of the page to display your profile. Under My Profile, click Change Password to change your password.
How to unsubscribe from their emails
If you no longer wish to receive their emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in the email we send.
