Exchange Portal is a great tool to manage email and calendar for multiple users, but you might not be able to access it if you donβt have an account. This guide will show you how to login and use Exchange Portal.
What is an Exchange Portal?
Exchange Portal is a web-based interface that allows administrators to manage Exchange Server 2016 and Exchange Online. Exchange portal provides a consolidated view of all your Exchange servers, including information about user profiles, mailboxes, contacts, messages, and more.
How to Login to Exchange Portal:
To login to your Exchange Portal, open https://myexchange.com in your web browser. Log in with your administrator account name and password. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to create an account. You can also sign in with your Microsoft account if you have one configured.
In the left panel, under "My Organization", click on the name of your organization. In the main pane, under "Servers & Services", click on the name of your server. Under "Exchange", click on the name of your Exchange server. Under "Configure", click on the name of your Exchange server's database (usually mail or calendar). How to Login to Your Exchange Portal
If you are having trouble logging in to your Exchange Portal, there are a few things that you can do to troubleshoot the issue. First, make sure that you are using the correct credentials. Next, check to see if your firewall is blocking access to the Exchange Portal. Finally, make sure that you are connecting to the correct server instance.
How to find your Exchange Portal URL
If you have an Exchange account, you'll need to find your Portal URL. To do this, open the Exchange Account Settings in Outlook 2016 or Outlook on the web. (If you don't have an Exchange account, see How to create an Exchange account.)
In the left pane, under "Mail", click "Exchange". In the list on the right, below "Your Server Name (FQDN)", click "Settings".
