If you are not a registered user, click here to create an account. After registering, you will be able to login using your email address and password.
Dhhs Provider Portal how to login
If you are affiliated with a DHHS provider and need to login to the Provider Portal, follow these steps:
1. Log into your DHHS account on the DHHS website. If you don't have an account, create one now.
2. Click on the "Provider Portal" link on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Enter your username and password in the login fields and click submit.
4. You will be taken to the Provider Portal home page.
5. Click on the "My Accounts" link at the top of the page. This will take you to a list of all of your registered providers.
6. Click on any provider name to take you to its Provider Portal home page. On this page, you will find information about that provider, such as its mission statement, services offered, contact information, and more.
How to update your information
If you have recently changed your name, address, or other contact information, it is important to update your information in the DHHS Provider Portal. You can do this by logging in to the Provider Portal and clicking on "Update Profile" on the left-hand side menu.
How to add a new provider
If you are a health care provider that is not already registered with the Department of Health and Human Services, you can register with DHHS Provider Portal. Once you have registered, you can create an account and login to the Provider Portal to add your provider information.
To register with DHHS Provider Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to https://www.dhhs.gov/providerportal/.
2. Click Register as a New Provider.
3. Complete the online registration form, and click Submit.
4. You will be redirected to your login page. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click Log In. You will be taken to your provider profile page.

How to delete a provider
If you no longer need a provider on the portal, you can delete it by logging in and clicking on the providers tab. You will see a list of all the providers on the portal. To delete a provider, click on the red 'x' next to it.
How to change your password
If you have forgotten your password, please click here to reset it. If you have not yet registered for the Dhhs Provider Portal, please click here to register and create a new password.
How to report a missing provider credential
If you are a DHHS provider and have lost your credential, you can login to the Provider Portal and report the credential as missing.
How to unsubscribe from notifications
If you no longer wish to receive notifications from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHS), you can unsubscribe by following these instructions.
1. Open the DHS Provider Portal and sign in.
2. On the left side of the page, under "My Account," click "Notifications."
3. On the right side of the page, under "Unsubscribe," click "Unsubscribe."
