Cityjet Portal Login
If you have forgotten your password, or if you need to reset it, follow these steps:
1. Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the main login screen.
2. Enter your email address and click on "Reset Password."
3. You will be sent an email with a new password. Keep this password confidential and do not share it with anyone. If you forget your password again, please contact customer service at 0844 790 0902.
How to Change Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, or if you want to change it, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Cityjet Portal and click on "My Profile" in the top right corner.
2. On the My Profile page, click on "Edit Profile" in the top left corner.
3. In the Edit Profile page, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Save Changes".
4. If you have set up two-factor authentication on your account, you will need to enter your second factor code in step 5.
5. If you have not set up two-factor authentication on your account, you can skip this step and continue to step 6.
6. Click on the "Manage My Password" link next to your username in the Edit Profile page.
7. On the Manage My Password page, click on "Change Password".
8. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on "Change Password".
9. Click on the "Close" button at the bottom of the Edit Profile page to finish editing your profile information and return to the My Profile page.
How to Reset Your Cityjet Portal Account
If you have forgotten your password or if you have any other problems logging in to your Cityjet Portal account, follow these simple steps to reset your account.
1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the main login page of your Cityjet Portal account.
2. If you have entered your email address and password in the "Forgot Password?" form, click the "Reset Email Address and Password" button to reset them both.
3. If you do not have an email address registered with your Cityjet Portal account, click the "Register New Email Address" button to create a new one. Enter your current email address in the "Email Address" field and click the "Submit" button. You will then receive an email notification with instructions on how to reset your password using that new address.
4. If you do not have an email address registered with your Cityjet Portal account, click the "Create New Account" button to create a new one. Enter your current contact information in the fields provided and click the "Submit" button. You will then be taken to a registration confirmation page where you can enter your new password.
How to Delete Your Account
If you're unhappy with Cityjet and want to delete your account, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account at www.cityjet.com/login.
2. Click on ‘My Account’ in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Under ‘Your Account Details’, click on the ‘Account Type’ dropdown menu and select ‘Delete My Account’.
4. Review the information below and press ‘Delete My Account’ to confirm your decision.
5. You will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can enter your email address and password to complete the process.
