The Central Park Ent Patient Portal is a website that allows patients to login and manage their account information. It also provides access to health information, clinics, and events.
How to Login: To login to the Central Park Ent Patient Portal, click the link in the email you received after registering for account or go to www.centralpark.org/patients and click on the "Login" button on the left hand side. You will need your patient identification number (PIN) and password to log in.
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your appointments and health information. You can view your medications, view lab results, sign up for newsletters and alerts, and more!

How to Login to the Central Park Ent Patient Portal

How to Access your Medical Records
If you have been admitted to Central Park Hospital, you will need to login to the Patient Portal in order to view your medical records. To access the Patient Portal, follow these steps:
1. Go to www.centralparkhospital.org and sign in with your Central Park Hospital account.
2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on "Patient Portal."
3. Click on "Login."
4. Enter your patient number and password in the appropriate fields and click on the "Login" button.
5. You will then be directed to the main Patient Portal page. On this page, you will be able to view all of your medical records as well as communicate with your health care team.
How to Dispute a Charge on your Account
If you have a dispute about a charge on your account, please login to your account and follow these instructions:
1. Click on the My Account tab located in the top right corner of the main page.
2. On the My Account screen, click on Dispute Charges.
3. On the Dispute Charge screen, you will be asked to provide information about the charge you want to dispute. You can also attach supporting documents if you have them.
4. After you have provided all of the necessary information, click on Submit Dispute. Your dispute will be reviewed and a response will be provided to you within 10 business days. If you do not receive a response within 10 business days, please contact customer service at (866) 927-8686 or via their online form.
