Bim Portal is a cloud-based project management tool which enables users to manage projects from anywhere in the world. In this tutorial, we'll show you how to login to Bim Portal and start working on your first project.
How to login to Bim Portal
To login to Bim Portal, first navigate to the website and click the login link in the upper-right corner. Enter your username and password, and click Login. You will be taken to the login page, where you can enter your name and email address. Once you have logged in, you will be taken to your personal dashboard.
Creating a Bim Portal Account
If you don't have a Bim Portal account, you can create one now by following these simple steps:
1. Log in to your Bim Portal account.
2. Click the "Create Account" button on the top right corner of the page.
3. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click the "Create Account" button. You're done!
Adding Users to Your Bim Portal Account
Adding users to your Bim Portal account is easy and can be done in a few simple steps. In order to add a user, navigate to the Users tab on your account's main page and click on the Add User button. You will then be prompted to enter the user's name, email address, and password. Once you have completed these details, click on the Save button to save the user's information. You can now access the user's profile by clicking on their name in the Users list on your account's main page.
Enabling Your Bim Portal Account for Team Collaboration
If you are new to BIM Portal, please read their Getting Started Guide first. Once you have registered and logged in, you will be able to create and manage your team collaborations.
To enable your BIM Portal account for team collaboration, follow these steps: 1. Log in to your BIM Portal account. 2. Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen. 3. On the General Settings page, under Team Collaboration, check the box next to Enable my BIM Portal account for team collaboration. 4. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Managing Files in Your Bim Portal Account
If you're like most people, you probably keep all of your important files in one place. You might use a desktop or laptop to store your photos, music, and videos, but what about all the other files you need to work on your projects? With Bim Portal, you can easily access and manage all of your files from any device. Here's how to login and get started:
1. Open Bim Portal and sign in.
2. Click Files in the top menu bar.
3. Click Add File to add a new file. (If you have an account with more than one client, each client will have its own Add File page.)
4. Enter the file name and click Save.
5. If the file is a PDF or Excel file, Bim Portal will ask you to convert it before you can open it. Select PDF or Excel from the dropdown menu and click Convert.
6. The file will now be displayed in the Files tab of Bim Portal. You can open it by clicking its name or by double-clicking its icon (if it's a file type that supports double-clicking).
Deleting Files from Your Bim Portal Account
If you need to delete a file from your Bim Portal account, there are a few easy steps you can take. First, open the Bim Portal account you wish to delete the file from. Then, click on the Files tab and select the file you want to delete. Finally, click on the Delete button next to the file's name.
Accessing your Bim Portal Accounts from any Device
If you use a desktop computer, tablet, or phone to access your Bim Portal accounts, you can easily do so by signing in via the Bim Portal website. However, if you use a different device to access your Bim Portal account- for example, if you have a Bim Portal account on your smartphone- you may not be able to log in automatically. In this article, we'll show you how to sign in to your Bim Portal account from any device.
First, open the website on your device where you want to sign in. Next, find the login screen for your Bim Portal account and enter your credentials. If everything goes well, you'll be prompted to accept the Terms of Use and then logged in!
