Bell Intermediate students have a new online portal to access their grades, registration information, and more. In this article, we'll show you how to login and use the portal.
How to login to the Bell Intermediate Student Portal
If you are a Bell Intermediate student and have not already registered for the portal, please follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your student account on the portal. You will need your school ID number and the last four digits of your social insurance number. If you have forgotten your school ID number or social insurance number, please contact your school or department.
2. Click on “My Account” in the top right corner of the portal.
3. On the My Account screen, click on “Login” in the left sidebar.
4. Enter your school ID number and social insurance number into the appropriate fields, and click on “Login” to complete the login process.
5. Once you have logged in, you will see a list of all of your courses, along with their current grades and status (e.g., In Progress, Completed, WITHDRAWN). You can also view your course schedule and register for courses by clicking on the “Registration” button next to each course title. Please note that some courses may require additional registration information (e.g., an essay prompt submission deadline).
How to manage your account

If you have forgotten your username or password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page.
Once you have logged in, click the 'My Account' link on the top left of the homepage to view your account details.
To manage your account:
- Access your My Account information by clicking the 'My Account' link on the top left of the homepage.
- View and edit your contact information by clicking the 'Contact Info' link on the left side of your My Account page.
- Change your password by clicking the 'Change Password' link on the left side of your My Account page.
- Logout from your account by clicking the 'Logout' link on the top right of your My Account page.
How to get help with your Bell Intermediate Student Portal account
If you don't know how to login to your Bell Intermediate Student Portal account, follow these steps:
1. Click on the link in the email you received when you created your account.
2. Enter your username and password in the login form, and click on the "Log In" button.
3. If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the "Forgotten Your Password?" link in the login form, and enter your email address in the "Email Address" field. Bell will send you a new password reminder message.

If you are having trouble logging in to your Bell Intermediate Student Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. If you are using a computer, try restarting your computer and logging in again.
2. If you are using a mobile device, try deleting the Bell Intermediate Student Portal app and re-downloading it.
3. If you are using a Bell ID, try signing out and signing back in.

4. Uncheck the box next to "Student Portal."
