If you are a resident of Avenue 33 and have not yet registered for the Resident Portal, now is the time! The Resident Portal provides residents with a one-stop shop for information on community events, services, amenities, and much more. Once you have registered, you will need to login to access your account. To do so, follow these instructions:
1. Click on the "Avenue 33" logo in the top right corner of this page.
2. On the resulting page, click on "Login."
3. Enter your Username (the first nine digits of your social security number) and Password (the last six digits of your social security number).
4. Click on "Log In."
5. You will now be directed to the User Profile page, where you can view all your account activity and settings.
How to login to the Avenue Resident Portal
If you are a resident of Avenue, you can login to their Resident Portal to view your account information and make changes to your account. To login, click the link in the email that we sent you when you moved into your home.
How to find your account number and password
If you have registered for an Avenue account using MyAvenue, you will find your account number and password in the MyAvenue account settings. If you registered using a different method, please see the instructions below.
To find your account number and password:
1. Open the MyAvenue website.
2. In the top left corner of the MyAvenue home page, click Settings.
3. Under Your Account, click Profile.
4. On the Profile page, under Account Number, you will see your account number. Copy this number and keep it safe.
5. Click the Password field and enter your email address in the Email Address field. Click Update Password to confirm your new password. If you have not registered for an Avenue account yet, enter your first and last name in the First Name and Last Name fields instead of an email address.
6. Click Save Changes to finish setting up your profile. You will now be able to login to Avenue using this information!
How to change your password
If you need to login to your Avenue account, you can do so by following these steps:
1. Go to the "Avenue" home page and click on "My Account."
2. On the My Account page, click on "Change Password."
3. Enter your current password in the "New Password" field and confirm it by clicking on the "Create Password" button.
4. You will now be redirected to a new page where you can set your new password. Make sure that you remember your new password!
How to contact Avenue 33
If you are having trouble logging in to your Avenue Resident Portal, please follow these steps:
First, make sure that you are signed in to your Avenue Resident Portal account. To do this, click on the "Account" tab on the top left corner of the homepage. If you don't see the "Account" tab, click on the "My Account" tab.
If you are still having trouble logging in, please try one of these solutions:
1. Reset your password. To reset your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the "Sign In" page. Enter your email address and choose a new password. You will then receive an email notification with instructions on how to reset your password.
2. Contact Avenue Support. If you can't login or if you have any other questions about your Avenue Resident Portal, please contact Avenue Support at 1-866-922-8883 or [email protected].
How to update your personal information
To update your personal information or to login to your Avenue Resident Portal, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the "My Ave" section of their website.
2. Click on "My Account" in the top menu bar.
3. Click on "Update Personal Information."
4. Enter your username and password in the appropriate fields and click on "Update."
How to unsubscribe from their e-mail lists
If you no longer want to receive their e-mails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of each e-mail or by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that unsubscribing does not mean that you will not receive future e-mails from Avenue; it simply means that you will no longer receive notifications about new e-mails.
How to report a problem with the Resident Portal
If you have a problem with the Resident Portal, you can report it through the Avenue website. To do this, go to the Avenue website and click on “My Account” in the top right corner. Under “My Services,” find “Avenue Resident Portal.” Click on “Report a Problem.”
In the “Report a Problem” form, you will need to provide information about your issue. You will need to explain what happened and what you think should be done to fix it. You will also be asked to provide your contact information so that we can contact you if we need more information.
