With the Seventh Portal, you can now login to your account with just your Twitter handle and password. To do this, open the Seventh Portal and click on the "Login" link in the top right corner. Enter your Twitter handle and password, and you're good to go!
How to login to 7th Portal
If you are having difficulty logging in to your 7th Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure that you have the latest version of the 7th Portal app installed on your device.
2. Enter your login credentials into the app.
3. If you are having trouble logging in, try clicking on the "Forgot Your Login Credentials?" link below the login form. This will help you retrieve your login information.
4. If you still cannot log in, please contact customer service at 1-866-742-7676 or via their online support form.
How to change your password
To change your password, log in to your portal and click on the “My Account” tab. On the My Account page, you will see a button that says “Change Password.” Click on this button to open the Change Password form.
Enter your current password in the “New Password” field and choose a new password in the “New Password Confirmation” field. Make sure that you remember your new password! You will need to enter it again when you next login to your portal.
How to block people on 7th Portal
If you want to keep your social media channels safe and protect your privacy, you can block people on the 7th Portal. Blocking someone on the 7th Portal will stop them from being able to see your posts and interactions on the platform.
To block someone on the 7th Portal, first open the 7th Portal app on your phone. Then, go to the main menu and select “Settings”. Under “Blocking”, you will see a list of people that you are allowed to interact with on the platform. Simply tap on the name of the person that you want to block and they will no longer be able to see your posts or interactions on the 7th Portal.
How to report a problem on 7th Portal
If you experience any problems logging into your 7th Portal account, please follow these steps:
1. Click the "My Account" link on the home page of the 7th Portal website.
2. Click the "Login" tab.
3. Enter your login information correctly, and click "Log In."
4. If you are having trouble logging in with your Facebook account, try signing in using your email address instead.
5. If you are having trouble logging in with your Google account, try signing in using your Google password instead.
